You will resolve difficult situations with guests. You will resolve service failures take immediate action to resolve service gaps and cement player loyalty by using comp authority or making exceptions. You will manage database of mid-level players to build loyalty and produce repeat business while identifying new players on the casino who meet the hosting criteria. You will provide guest service including greeting guests in the casino, participating in social events/special promotions and making transportation and accommodation arrangements observing the players' needs.
